SECURITY SETTING UPDATE: Sign In to the SilverScript Agent Portal before March 18 and Check Your Security Settings
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest levels of data security we are implementing a change in our security policy on March 18th at 8:00 PM Pacific Time. At that time we will no longer support the TLS 1.0 protocol for website browsing.
How does this impact me?
Any computers running Windows XP or Vista and using IE 8 as the default browser will no longer be able to access the SilverScript Agent Portal or any other SilverScript Medicare Part D websites. If you are running Windows XP or Vista, you can switch to the Chrome or Firefox browser to access the SilverScript Agent Portal.
Computers running newer versions of Windows (7.x, 8.x or 10.x) will be able to continue accessing the SilverScript Agent Portal and other SilverScript Medicare Part D websites using the following specific browser versions that support TLS 1.1 and higher.
