Texas Plans
There are seventeen states that AllWell is available in. For now, I want to detail below a short overview on what AllWell has to offer in Texas. Please visit pages 33 to 37 in the booklet for a more in-depth explanation on the plans.
- The products HMO and DSNP are available in the counties of:
- Comal, El Paso, Guadalupe, Jim Wells, Nueces, Wilson, Aransas, Bexar (San Antonio, Corpus Christi, New Braunfels, San Marcos)
- These plans are selling in all markets and are very strong for DSNP.
- Collin , Dallas , Denton , Rockwall, Tarrant (Dallas/Fort Worth Area)
- These plans have competitive benefits in the Dallas and Tarrant Counties. The network is untested and it’s continuing to improve.
- DSNP is strong here too. Superior has MMP and Star+ in the Dallas County.
- Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr
- These plans sell well due to a strong network, competitive benefits, strong agent support, and strong agent engagement.
- Both MAPD and DSNP have strong value-added benefits and are competitive with other plans.
- AllWell has over 400 certified agents in the Rio Grande Valley.
- These counties have a high percentage of low-income individuals.
- Montgomery, Fort Bend
- There is a limited opportunity in these counties because Harris County is not available nor Memorial Herman or Methodist Hospital in network. These counties only have the HCA hospital system.
- Lubbock
- DSNP is the only product available for Lubbock County and it’s New for 2020.
- There is a very strong network here with competitive benefits.
- Comal, El Paso, Guadalupe, Jim Wells, Nueces, Wilson, Aransas, Bexar (San Antonio, Corpus Christi, New Braunfels, San Marcos)
